It is recommended to allow the unit 1 hour before turning the power ON. This lets the compressor oil to settle down and improves the life and performance of the compressor.
When you need to move unit from one place to other, always keep unit upright and straight so that oil does not accumulate into compressor chamber to prevent its proper working.

A voltage stabiliser is recommended to be installed to protect the unit from such electrical fluctuations and surges. Never use multiple  items / equipment into one socket to achieve consistent voltage.

Sorry, exchange are not possible after the date of expiry.

No, you only have to exchange the certain products.

Delivery Policy

Standard lead time for delivery is 7-10 working days upon order confirmation.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays nor on Government nominated holidays.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time order was placed, we will notify you accordingly.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Lahore. Any shipments outside of aforementioned locations are not available at this time.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Ezzo Links does not offer Refund once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have mistakenly delivered a wrong product(s) to you or the one you received is in damaged or faulty condition. The product(s) exchange is only applicable if they are in un-used condition along with their original packaging and if the claim is lodged within 5 working days after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled at any time within 24 hours of placing it. However, once the order has been shipped, for which you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, the refund/return policy will be applicable.

Ezzo Links has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as: pricing errors, decline of the debit/credit card payment by the issuing financial institution or extended lead time of the product.
